Sally fields is AWESOME. she made me cry a few unionized tears during her big protest moment against the man. I love that Martin Ritt directed this AND Hud/Long Hot Summer, each with pretty incredible female roles.
norma Rae forever changes the idea of the bra-less agitator in my mind.
