Review of Norbit (2007) by Melissa H — 15 Sep 2010

This movie is HILARIOUS!! XD Rasputia is the funniest character. I like how she helped Norbit out growing up. Personally I would rather have somebody like Rasputia instead of Kate. Kate is BORING. I also liked it when Rasputia made fun of her.

And now I am going to examine this movie even more:

Rasputia and her brothers are aggressive con artists.

And so is Kate's fiance.

Rasputia has gotten abusive, and is getting "private" power-tap lessions.

Even so, this movie feels like the lead character is dumping his wife for a thinner, "prettier", woman.

And there is a lot of satire in this film. And also crude humor. Some of the satire and all of the crude humor is very offensive.

Rasputia and her brothers still find success in Mexico, so everybody gets a happy ending.

I still think people should not get as offended with this movie...because there are many movies that are "much better" but they are overrated.
