Tom Ford proves to be an excellent director in this psychological thriller that features amazing performances by the four main actors, especially Adams and Taylor-Johnson, and a visually stunning cinematography.

Constantly shifting through three timelines, the director creates an incredible amount of tension and a gripping story. Definitely an interesting film, even though at times I felt like the metaphors and the correlations between the fictional story and the real world were a bit too explicit, and could have been more subtle and effective.
