I'm sorry, but this movie L A M E. Little to like here, and I tried hard to like it, I wanted to like it, I like Biblical epic tales, ....but it has little redemptive value. Bad acting (yes, including Crowe who is one of my favorite actors) This reminds me of some of the recent remakes such as King Kong, War of the Worlds, Godzilla, and others, that try to replace good filmmaking with lots of special effects.
..it's a bad formula! Computers and money do not replace real skills and, perhaps more importantly, VISION. This film has no vision whatsoever.
