Director of Pi, Requiem for a Dream and Black Swan, presents his next movie in Noah. The movie depicts the legendary biblical story of Noah building the arc to hold his family and one of every animal for God has decided to flood the Earth and drown it of all sin.
Noah presents this in the perspective of man, and how we are emotional and filled with wrath, sin, jealousy, and hate, but at the same time, love, compassion and forgiveness. Noah somewhat makes you think about the human race, and although at times slow, was quite a daring cinematic piece.
