Review of No Time to Die (2021) by Ilovethe80S — 08 Oct 2021
I am a huge Bond fan and think Craig alongside Dalton (very underrated) is one of, if not the best Bonds. It pains me to give this movie such a low score but it is well under 50% for me hence me giving it a 2.
I gave it this rating as it is a mess of a bloated Bond movie with the very end of the movie leaving a very bad taste in my mouth which tainted the score massively (almost to a point 0 or 1 score). It's far too unorthodox and inspired by social-cultural fads.
It has far, far too much emphasis on Craig and his departure than Bond and his never-ending quest/fight. The movie is convoluted, far too long and self-indulgent with a very insulting end to all Bond fans.
As good as Craig is, he doesn't sum up Bond. He is not the all and end-all of Bond and this movie is not satisfying nor a send-off that Bond fans should get.
