Surprisingly different Rom com. Portman is brilliantly out of character from what we're used to and really drives things, Kutcher is like his usual wet dog forgettable self. Some really strong ensemble cast like Kevin Klein that really make it seem that all the characters, even the sub-ones have a story to tell.
Most of the laughs dont work however, leaving the original take on the Rom-com format, catalyzed by Portman to make it stand out from the crowd. Slightly.
