Review of No Strings Attached (2011) by Whitney W — 04 Oct 2013
No Strings Attached is filled with humor and keeps your attention as you...well it entertains you in the very least. No Strings Attached followed the main character, Adam, who hooks up with Emma, a girl he met at camp when he was 14.
Yep, that pretty much summarizes the movie. While the movie has some entertaining points, it is very vulgar and smutty. The plot is extremely predictable, and honestly, the characters had no depth or logic.
The audience knew it wasn't possible for the two people to just have sex and not want any more. The filming was below average and didn't redeem the movie in any way. If you don't mind hearing the f word a lot (that might be an understatement) and can handle every other scene being a sex scene, then you might enjoy this movie, but I don't know many people that would actually enjoy this movie.
Overall, this movie had nothing special about it. It was way below average. Poor filming. Poor plot. Great acting and actors, but that is about it. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone. It receives a 1 out of 5 stars.
