Review of No Strings Attached (2011) by Daniel S — 28 Jan 2012
Not long after the unconventional rom-com 'Love & Other Drugs' hit the cinemas we have yet another unconventional rom - com or an un-com-rom-com as I shall hence forth call them. This unconventional business may just end up becoming the norm.
Just like 'Love & Other Drugs' I found the main characters likeable although one wasn't suffering from a degenerative disorder, we'll just have to make due with Kutcher's Syndactyly instead, a charming deformity hat he shares with Marge Simpson.
Natalie Portman is always likeable, she could play Rose West and I'd be offering to baby sit. Enjoyed the witty script but just like the 'other' film, a rather disappointingly conventional ending.
Oh well.
