Loren Avedon hates the CIA and his brother. He even turns up to his father's retirement party in a CCCP top. When his father is murdered he must but his differences with his brother to one side and track down the killers.
Some quality action and bad acting in this, the main bad guy (Rion Hunter) looks like an Albino Bolo Yeung. Comedy gold.
