Jason Stillwell (Kurt McKinney), a Bruce Lee fan from Los Angeles is beaten in and out of the ring and disgraced on numerous occassions. When his family relocates to Seattle for a quieter life, his problems accompany him. Socially embarrassed by his girlfriend's brother, the US National full-contact Karate champion and drawn reluctantly into an unjust criminal circle, Jason needs a mentor. In a moment of despair, he encounters the ghost of Lee and trains under his direction. Jason then must use his newly acquired skills to save his honour and quash a Seattle crime syndicate, whose top martial artist is the deadly Ivan (Jean-Claude Van Damme).
Also stars Kathie Sileno, J.W. Fails, Kent Lipman, Ron Pohnel, Gloria Marziano, Joe Vance and Tim Baker.
