Review of No Man's Land (2001) by Vinayak R — 18 Mar 2008
Tanovic triumphs in the portrayal of futility in war. The confusion among the soldiers as to how the war started is captured pretty well. It shows both the depths to which a soldier can sink to, to harm the enemy and also the tiny efforts that he can make to put aside differences.
Not your run of the mill war movie. Terrific effort.
