Review of No Looking Back (1998) by Chantal — 06 Apr 2008
With No Looking Back, Edward Burns decided to take a step back from his usual light comic banter and take a look at the down and out lives of 3 people in a dead end town. The main character being Lauren Holly; which is interesting for Burns considering all of his other films pretty much revolve around a group of guys and the male persona.
Although not my favorite Burns flick, this may in fact be one of his most well written. Definitely check it out if you're a fan of Ed like myself.
