Review of No Holds Barred (1952) by Kevin L — 10 Oct 2007
While this may not be the best by any chance, it was WWE's first attempt at making a movie. Hogan's character Rip was pretty much similar to the Hulkster himself, so naturally, this would be his best role of all when compared to his other hollywood failures like Mr Nanny, Santa With Muscles and Assault on Devil's Mountain.
Besides, the movie introduced a new heel (bad guy in wrestling terms) in Zeus, who was actually featured in 2 WWE main events, a feat no other actor or celebrity has ever matched.
