Review of No End in Sight (2007) by Franz P — 26 Nov 2007
There's not enough anger in this film in order for me to ultimately recommend it. There are very subtle messages here, yet some stick out so much to the point where it hurts to face the decisions that rich people made that botched the situation in the Middle East.
I complain about the lack of anger because there were times in the film where I was bored and actually thought, "Okay, I get it. Can we move on to the next issue?" I guess I expected a lot because critics and anti-war audiences alike hailed this film as very objective yet accurate.
I agree that it is both but I wish I felt more emotions while watching this film. Although it did made me wonder why the hell did people not impeach Bush? After all the abominable decisions he and his regime has done, why is he still in office? I seriously hope Democrats win this upcoming election because, if they do not, the nightmare will continue.
