Review of No End in Sight (2007) by Nelson C — 23 May 2008
Every American should make it their duty to watch this movie to truly grasp at how incompetent and negligent this administration has been. This is how you make not only a very well-executed documentary, but infinitely (if not painfully) watchable and hard-hitting. It provides an unabashed and unflinching look at how we got to the state of chaos in Iraq and the history of our occupation and has some pretty revealing interviews with most of the high-level players involved. WATCH IT PLEASE. Keep it in your mind this November, and for the rest of your life.
I consider this a spiritual sequel to Why We Fight, just in terms of the huge influence of the private military sector upon foreign policy, as well as the complete unaccountability and illegality of private contractors handling reconstruction.
Next up, Standard Operating Procedure.
