Review of No Country for Old Men (2007) by Cameron F — 14 Feb 2015
Do I even have to explain? No country for old men finds the Coen Brothers at the height of their cinematic genius. Javier Bardem is now one of cinemas finest antagonists and delivers a performance to scare even voldemort and darth vader.
The aesthetic is great. The production design is superb and every single person involved is sublime. This film is a cinematic masterpiece and a gold mine of intricacies and complexities. If I could kiss the Coen brothers, I'd give em' a good ol' smooch.
Because this film is perfect.
