Review of No Country for Old Men (2007) by Bernie M — 06 Oct 2014
Loved bardem. One of the best villains in cinema history and one of the best performances ever. Brolin was exceptional too. Explores themes such as nihilism and conscience very, very well and I loved the ending.
After watching the movie, I also thought the title was very fitting. Very tense, and the flat plains of Texas really made the whole cat-and-mouse chase seem like it was inevitable for the mouse to get caught.
A lot to like about this movie.
