NO is thoroughly engrossing and well-acted, and it also benefits a lot from its "Dogma-esque" style that effectively captures a sense of realism of that era. The film also informs lots of facts interweaved with fiction, and I also appreciate the satirical tone and humor embedded within.
Definitely one of the most memorable and well-made films of the year!
