Review of Nirvana: Live! Tonight! Sold Out!! (1994) by Theo R — 23 Sep 2007
Before the conspiracy, during the drugs, and after the fame, there were 3 guys who wanted to perform on the outskirts of convention. Enter Nirvana. Not only is this for die hard fans of this monumental band, but it gives something fans new to the music incredible insight.
And for those of you who think the only Nirvana songs are "Heart Shaped Box" on GH2, and "Smells Like Teen Spirit", you're in for a very rude awakening. An anti-documentary of sorts, but it's not political or diluted.
It's a look into life before reality TV and radio without integrity. A must have for any music fan. 5 flannel shirts out of 5!
