Review of Ninja Scroll (1993) by Erick F — 22 May 2011

I enjoyed it. What I didn't like was the American dubbed version. Somethings seemed lost in translation because of it. Really good artwork and they took the story to very graphic points that usually only non-animation films take it too.

(ala rape) The first demon to me was the most interesting, with his rock skin and crazy sword. After that the rest of the demons didn't hold up, but that doesn't mean they were not creative nor interesting.

Just the first one happen to be my favorite. I do not watch a lot of anime and randomly googled "Top 10 best Anime's" and this was on the list. For a 90 minute film, I was entertained. Check it out, Good concept good execution.
