Watching this again 25 years later did not disappoint one bit. This movie is both hilarious due to it's low budget and also very exciting. Lucinda Dickey as a female ninja (shinobi?) ...what more can you ask? She's VERY hot.
Shô Kosugi (real life ninja actually) is great in this. Now release it on BluRay and I will be happy :D.
