Twisty con flick finds a street level scammer being arrested by a cop on his tail. Juan thinks he's going up the river but it turns out the cop is another big scammer named Marcos. They decided to team up and go for some small scores, until they end up getting wind of a counterfeit group of valuable stamps called the Nine Queens.
Its hard to guess who is playing who but its a light and fun caper flick, and not much else.
