I will say one thing about this movie: the trailer does it no justice. It's much better than expected. I don't know what I expected - B-grade rubbish, maybe - but it's actually put together and acted very well.
The concept is original, which counts for something, and it's fun to watch. It's not as deep or profound as several critics pointed out; it's purely entertainment. In this respect and the fact that the concept is indeed "fresh", Nine Miles Down may well be worth your time.
