I was skeptical to go watch it due to the reviews ... but my 8 year old daughter wanted to watch it. So we gave it a shot. To my own surprise, we actually did enjoy the movie. Yes, could have been better, but it was a decent movie.
So ... your mileage will vary ... depends what you and your family like.
