Review of Nine (2009) by Sean C — 27 Jun 2010
Underrated example of what Rob Marshall is capable of as a director and chroreographer, excellent perfromances from every actor, but the real star is the editor making for wonderful transition for the main character's real life as a famous Italian director to the musical scenes representing all that goes on in his mind (both fantasy and flashback of his acutal past).
..beautiful film all around and great use of the amazing songs from the original Broadway musical.
