It runs hot and cold, but, for me, has many joyous moments and captures the crazy Italian film industry and those that inhabit it.
All about opinions but for me DDL is well cast and manages to carry the film.
The photography is superb as is the styling.
Set your expectation meter lowish and you might be pleasantly surprised.
