Nil By Mouth is another one of those films that you just cannot look away from, no matter how much you want to. Ray Winstone just seems to fit his character (sorry Ray, if you're reading this) and Kathy Burke is absolutely fantastic, giving one of the best screen performances I have ever seen.
Also, Gary Oldman. Director and writer. A brilliant d�©but from him, capturing each character's struggles and turning a potential train wreck of a film into cinematic history. Enough said.
