Review of Nights of Cabiria (1957) by Jake W — 09 Sep 2008
I loved this movie so much, ranking the same with La Dolce Vita as my second favorite Fellini film (8 1/2 being my first). The character of Cabiria is fiery, cocky, and passionate although at the same time desperate for love, but only finds emptiness in the men she falls for.
The ending is one the best scenes ever captured on film. Dark, funny, and romantic, this a classic that everyone should see if you love the art of film.
