Beautiful.....her desperate need for love was the whole basis of the film,a whore living in the poor sections of rome who felt shatered lonely, basically an empty shell because she felt no one wanted her only to find heartbreack.
Great acting and commitment from guilietta masina, she has so much stamina and energy, her facial expressions,body language and her integrity all made the film work, a true masterpiece from fellini yet again.
