I really liked this movie, I think for anyone that could relate to this film, it will be one to watch again and again. People keep comparing it to The Notebook, but they are two very different novels and movies, apples and oranges really. Nicholas Sparks wrote both of them among many others such as A Walk To Remember and Message in a Bottle. His endings are not always 'happy' but realistic.
I definitely recommend both the novel and movie.
