Bad movie. Definitely. I have no idea why Hollywood takes stories and turns then into the sappiest, most ridiculous love tragedies. Too much of this, too much of that, let's throw 20 minutes of crying at the end and you have your movie.
Maybe not a happy ending, but come on, there's 194 movies just like this next to it at the video store. As much as I would love liking this movie, being the romantic fool I am, I'm just tired.
Plus Richard Gere and Diane Lane just don't do the trick for me. Next one, please!
