Review of Nighthawks (1981) by Bernie O — 06 Dec 2007
A tense cop thriller with perfect casting. Rutger is so believable as Wulfgar you admire his drive and professionalism despite his cause. Dee Williams gets to play bad ass after being Lando the previous year and as for the great Stallone, I rank his performance here in my top Sly 3.
For it's time, there is nothing too outrageous to believe this couldn't occur. If you love a quality cop thriller dont miss this. The opening, night club scene and finale are certain highlights.
You will not be disappointed.
