Holds your attention for the entirety. Jake Gyllenhaal delivers a strange, spot-on performance of an OCD, business-focused personality. His character was both terrifying and enthralling. Reminded me of Prisoners (although the characters were obviously not the same).
In summary, see if you like crime dramas or character exposure-type films. Worth a rent when it comes out.
