Jake Gyllenhaal is a Basilisk in this film. He is a Basilisk in a suit and tie and with a sickly cold smile on his face. This is genuinely a masterpiece. How crafted and well thought out this is for an idea, the quirks of the characters and the instant establishment of juxtapositions between Rick and Lou is phenomenal.
A great achievement in cinema history and surely one of the greatest films I've ever seen.
