Review of Night Train to Lisbon (2013) by Nizar E — 05 Oct 2013
Skillful crew and distinctive director in a modest film. Philosophical meanings are nice but passing routinely inside the story. The putative adventure seems to be out of existence. Locations, editing, period costumes are attractive and worthwhile.
However, the movie fails to make you empathize with the characters which come out the novel, because it looks a normal vulgar thriller.
