Review of Night Shift (1979) by Josh M — 30 Dec 2007
Frequently funny comedy features a great ensemble of stars and director Ron Howard in this wonderful, yet unusual story of two morgue attendants who decide to become "love brokers". In spite of being stereo-typed as "Fonzie", Winkler is superb as a (at first) real weak and soft spoken individual here as is Keaton (in his motion picture debut) as a wild man with loads of ideas! Long is adorable as a sweet hearted hooker too.
This left me chuckling and smiling a lot!
