Review of Night on Earth (1991) by Morten Ø — 19 Jan 2009
5 different stories take place in 5 different cities with only the caps as a repeated use of scenery. However, the different cap scenes are not as equally good as one might had hoped. We start in Los Angeles, to New York, to Paris, to Rome and lastly to Helsinki. Gradually as we move from the western- to the eastern hempisphere the scenes get a bit worse. Not that anyone of them are entirely bad, they are actually quite good the most of them, but the scenes from the US just seem to work out most successful.
A movie I would like to watch again though. The scenes that work out well in this movie, they really work out well!
