Night on Earth is kind of like Jim Jarmusch's take on Taxicab Confessions. In five different cities on the same night, five people get into five taxicabs. So we have a talky film where people come to small understandings about each other.
Earth is slight but it's a nuanced character study- and how these characters connect is genial, funny and affecting.
