Review of Night of the Living Dead (1990) by Erin K — 25 May 2008
Yes it is a remake, so what? Contrary to popular belief remakes CAN actually be GOOD.........sometimes. Thankfully this was one of those times. Excellent gore, far better then most B films of today, perfect pacing, and most importantly it honors its source material while still being able to make it on it's own.
There is some over the top acting moments and the dialog is a mixture past and present syntax. It's a great movie and should be in any horror/zombie fan's collection.
