Review of Night of the Living Dead (1990) by Brad S — 20 Sep 2008
Romero put this film in the very capable hands of special effects master Tom Savini, and said direct your version of my film, and Saviin delivered on all fronts. Tony Todd shines in this trip back to memory lane, but the social connotations and social unravelling still seep through in traditional fashion, but this time the girl kicks ass too! If you liked the original, you have got to experience Savini's monsterpiece.
