Review of Night of the Living Dead (1990) by Greg S — 15 Oct 2009
A remake that was perhaps unnecessary, but nonetheless it's good as far as remakes go. Didn't hurt that George Romero scripted this, and I know Tom Savini handled it with the utmost care. I liked that they empowered Barbara a bit, and kept the basic themes intact.
