So we started our yearly tradition of watching horror movies around this time. First movie was "Night of the Living Dead." A George A. Romero classic remade by Tom Savini. Awesome remake. It has a B-movie feel to it but the tension generating throughout the movie makes up for that.
I like how the zombies are slow and can be overpowered easily. It still doesn't stop them from ganging up on the heroes. Makeup was excellent and finally the twist at the end was the perfect ending for this type of film.
