Review of Night of the Living Dead (1990) by Mark W — 10 Apr 2011
I adore the original, literally the best zombie film ever produced. But the remake isn't actually a typical remake, for once it was quite good and it had a different ending. I think that this version may have dimmed in tension and atmosphere but it made up for it with more modern age effects.
Probably one of the better remakes of my time, even if there was some less than mediocre acting.
