Review of Night of the Living Dead (1968) by Andreas O — 20 Mar 2011
A turning point in horror and the start of the zombie flick subgenre, Night of the Living Dead is as fascinating now as ever. It is as much a study in human behavior as it is a horror movie and can be viewed as criticism towards the decay of society, if you will.
I've seen colored versions of this, but I seriously recommend catching it in black and white. It does a lot for the atmosphere.
