Review of Night of the Living Dead (1968) by Lewis R — 15 Jan 2012
Top quality film, although Romeroâ(TM)s first outing lacks a budget its not hard to see his mastery at work here. Really loved the idea of the survivors being trapped in the house with their only connection to the events going on outside occurring through scattered news reports or the arrival of more survivors, the film has a very realistic feel to it and makes a wise choice to focus on the individuals, the ending is terrible though!
