A classic in the horror film genre. This movie not only started a slew of copy cat zombie flicks, but it also boosted George A Romero to stardom. The film is much more than just a story about a bunch of people that trapped in a house escaping zombies.
The film echoes themes of the breaking of divisions in society, trusting your fellow man and of course survival of the fittest. The movie is a bit cheesy, but all horror fans should definitely give this one a look!
