Review of Night of the Living Dead (1968) by Kenneth B — 28 Jun 2012
Romero's original zombie flick is classic horror at its best. There is subtext if you want to find it in the supposed echoes of the Vietnam war or race issues. Alternatively you can turn off the lights and allow the brooding atmosphere envelop you.
This may have been made in the 1960's so perhaps it isn't as scary as it used to be but it's still pretty awesome.
