Night of the Demons is a bad, bad film. The true horror in this horror film, is not from the genre to which it belongs but rather the fact that I had to sit through this entire crapfest.

It pretty much checks every cliché riddled box a poor-ass horror movie needs....

Paper thin plot that must have been written on the back of a matchbook X.

Terrible acting x.

Annoying and astoundingly stupid characters who you care nothing about X.

Boring, predictable, unfunny and stupid dialogue X.

It's a remake X.

The story - a group of total muppets that end up in a house that, *shock, horror* turns out to be haunted and they all begin to die.....

The worst part of this movie however are the performances of Edward Furlong (he of John Connor fame from Terminator 2) and Shannon Elizabeth (the cute exchange student from the American Pie movies). Furlong plays a washed up drug dealer, so basically is playing himself looking entirely out of it throughout the movie, whilst Elizabeth lurches around trying desperately to be hot until she in turn becomes a 'demon', and actually looking a lot better with a latex mask and horns than she did without. Both give performances so horrible you'll instantly find yourself answering the question of why you don't see these guys acting in movies more often, because they truly suck.

If there was any justice, this movie wouldn't be called Night of the Demons, it would be Graveyard of the Actors because these guys give performances even a corpse could better.

Do yourself a favour and don't ruin your Halloween by watching this train wreck of a movie.....
