This film is about the invasion of a small town by slugs that turn people into zombies. If that plot sounds familiar then you probably saw the 2006 film Slither. The later, of course, uses better special effects and has a much more coherent and cohesive plot.
Night of the Creeps, however, sports enough camp and over-the-top acting to be a wildly entertaining film. "The good news is your dates are here, the bad news is they're dead!".
